If you visit a site with a guest book, sign it and give constructive comments.
When using Internet, be careful to not leave your caps lock on. It looks like you're yelling.
If mailing someone a question, use the abbreviation FAQ (frequently asked questions).
Make your question clear and specific.
One topic per email and make the title help the reader to know what it is about.
If you are using a modem, write your email off line, then go on-line to send it. It will keep your line open.
Do not participate in flaming. Flaming is when you send a lot of negative email to someone.

Use Emoticons.
Emoticons are special keys used to show emotions with type. Here is some examples.
