School House Rock
“School House Rock” is a raucous musical using the familiar Saturday morning lessons first popularized in the late 60’s and early 70’s and still in use today. The story is based around “Amy” a brand new teacher’s first day on the job. Amy is worried that she is unprepared and cannot decide what she should teach on this first day of her teaching career. While watching TV in the morning trying to give herself a pep talk, the “School House Rock” characters come right out of the TV to teach basic lessons in Math, History, Social Studies, English and Grammar, giving Amy the confidence to do a great job and rockin’ the audience down in the process.

I loved being in the play. I was one of the Beatles and the bear and I got to hold the nine.
My favorite song was probably Nouns. I thought everyone did a great job and I thank Mr. Leslie for being my manager.lol.

School House Rock is really awesome. The first reason is that when I first heard the music I wanted to jump out of the back stage and dance. The second reason is that when I was in it I felt that I was not in the limelight. I was glad that I wasn’t in the limelight because other people were with me on stage and if I messed up it didn’t matter because no one would notice. The third reason is that it was so awesome being on stage. It was fun because you were on the stage and having fun performing. That’s why School House Rock is so fun.

School House Rock was an extremely unique play! All of the 5th and 6th graders did a fantastic job. Since I’m a 5th grader I know how hard it was to put together the whole play. We couldn’t have done this play though if it weren’t for Mr. Leslie, Miss Mar, and Mrs. Witzel they all helped us during the play. All of the songs we sang took us a while to remember, we also had to remember dance steps too. I think the 6th graders should earn some thanks too because they were all very patient with us while we learned what we were supposed to do! I think that both 5th and 6th grade did an excellent job. Last year I didn’t think it would be that hard to be in the play and I was very wrong. Personally I think the whole play was outstanding! Even though it took us a while to learn everything it was worth every second! I think the whole play was terrific and that EVERYONE did a wonderful job!

The School House Rock production was fantastic for three very important reasons.
First,It was the first big play I have ever been in.I thought it was so fun to be on stage.
Another reason why i like it was that I liked singing the songs.I love to here the audience clap after were done.
Lastly, I thought going to the practice was fun when we were at the practice it was the only time that we got to see the play plus sometimes it got a little boring.
As you can see the School House Rock play was exiting and great.

It was a fun experience. At first I was sooooo nervous. It feels like I was going to explode. Your hands get so wet because you nervous, and you think your going to mess up. Then all the sudden all you have to do is have fun. I did have fun and it was one of the best experiences of my life. It was one of the best experiences because my friends were there my parents were there. It felt good to do the play. It felt like I was a professional actor. It felt porfessional because there was a camera man there, (they made it in to a movie) and the audience was huge!! As you can see this experience was fabulous.

I m going to tell you three reasons why performing in School House Rock was great’.
First, it was fun practicing for the play at Shorecrest. I got to practice with my friends and it was also exciting being on stage.
Next, it was fun waiting in the green room when it wasn’t our turn to perform. We got to play cards, watch movies and run around with our friends.
Finally, I was nervous when it was opening night, but we did great! There were only a few mistakes.
Obviously, the play was fantastic; I give it two thumbs up!

Also, I thought that the audience had a great time. I looked out into the crowd and everyone was smiling and laughing.
Lastly, I think that everyone worked really hard and had a great time. During rehearsal pretty much nobody messed up atall. And that is why I liked performing in the school house rock play.

The first thing I like about School House Rock is, working with my friends and getting to go on Shorecrests theater. Second, all your family watching makes it even more special. Truly, the show was a very good performance.

School House Rock

School House Rock is a new experience for three important reasons.
First, being in a play on a big stage in front a big crowd is a fantastic experience because I’ve never done a play before. It was also super fun doing the singing and dancing.
Second, when you’re in 5th grade and doing a play you really want to sort of take it seriously or you will really mess up. Being in a play is super fun when you sing and dance at the same time.
Third, the singing and dancing is also a new experience for me because I never sing or dance at home. Plus doing the singing and dancing isn’t that bad and if it’s in a play, you’ll know what will happen.
In Conclusion, doing the School House Rock Musical was a fun and new experience to me for three important reasons.
