The Same Stuff As Stars

I read the book called The Same Stuff As Stars by Katherine Paterson. This book is about a girl named Angel and her brother Bernie. When they got home from visiting their father in jail, their mom told them they were moving. But they did not know were they were going. Angel and Bernie were both hungry. So they went to McDonald's. When they were done eating, they arrived at this old house. When they went inside they saw their great grandma. Their mom told us to go up stairs. I thought she just went to get food but she did not come for days. Angel heard a car and thought it was her mother but it wasn't. It was a man who was tall and had a long beard and he seemed nice. He said,”You don't remember me, Angel?” How did he know my name? Angel thought. This is a great book and if I could rate this book 1-5 I would rate this book a 5. It is a really good book and a sad one too. I hope you like reading this book if you ever get a chance because I did.

I read the book “ Diary of a Wumpy Child” by Ima Kid. The main character in this book was somewhat crazy. He did all sorts of unusual things with his buddies. I could not believe it when he told his teacher to take a hike. Hmm, if I did that I would be visiting the principal’s office. I don’t think my mom would be happy. You will really enjoy this book if you have read “The Diary of a Wimpy Kid”. I have read all the Wumpy Child books and this is by far the best. I would rate this book a 4 on a scale of 1 to 5.
