Mrs. Heinz and Smolen's 2nd Grade
It was cool how they had it like Stone Soup mixed with Halloween. I think they added many items that made the soup yummy! I think it was kind of gross when he made the soup. It was a nice idea to make a magic bone for the soup even though they had to add other ingredients. I loved the part when the which got fooled!
Ms. Woodward's 2nd grade
I enjoyed how the eyeballs were part of the story so you could see them in the pictures. I enjoyed how he threw the bone and there were little dots in the illustrations to show where it was moving. I enjoyed the details in the illustrations. I enjoyed how it was Halloweenish.
I liked the Bone Soup. I liked it because he tricked them. I liked it when the witch flew over the tree.I liked it when they shared. I enjoyed it. I liked Finnigin. I liked where Finnigin tricked them. I liked it when he ate the eyeball. I liked the book. I liked the whole story. It was very bony. I liked it when they gave their stuff away. I liked it when he was making the soup.

It is very funny. I liked the book. It was a fun kid's story. I liked that it was a Halloween book. I liked it when they hid all the stuff. I liked it when he added the bone. I liked the words. I thought the werewolf looked really cute. I liked the zombies. It was yuck. I liked it when the witch didn't give him food. I liked how he made the soup. I liked the illustrations.

I think I am going to like Bone Soup when I am an adult. I liked the whole book. I liked the witch. I liked the eyeballs. I liked Finnigin. I liked the zombies. I liked the bones. I liked the soup. I liked the whole story. The bone soup looks yucky. I liked the soup and eyes. I liked the monster.

I loved the part when the monster came and everybody thought he was a mean monster but he was really a friendly monster looking for food because maybe he didn't have food but how did he get so fat?
I loved when the bone guy was makeing people give there food for the soup.I enjoyed when everbody was hideing there food becaus they knew that bone guy was comeing.I think this book is funny.I loved the illustrations in the book My favorite part was when they said he carrys his spoons and stuff like that. madison mrs ebisu and norling rm 11

I loved the part when he tossed the bone into the soup!!!!!
