Please come to the main office to register new students. The office is open from 8:00am to 3:30pm. If it is more convenient, enrollment forms can be mailed so you can complete them at home. Please feel free to call the office to set up a school tour (206) 368-4170.
Please bring the following information for registration:
*Birth certificate or passport (required for kindergarten registration, desirable for other grades)
*Immunization information
*Proof of residency in the form of a utility bill (e.g. phone, electric, TV cable, etc.)
*Name of last school attended. Address and phone number are helpful but not required
*Name and phone numbers of persons for emergency contacts.
