K-6 teachers will administer Shoreline Reading Assessments and the QRI 4x year.
• 60% of K and first grade students not at benchmark at the beginning of the year will improve to the strategic or benchmark category on DIBELS. (K: Letter Naming Fluency; 1st: Phoneme Segmentation Fluency; Nonsense Word Fluency
• 80% of BC 2nd graders will maintain or improve scores of 2 or above with increasing difficulty of text on
DRA measures
• 60% of 3rd 6th graders not at fluency standard in September will improve fluency equal to one year’s growth on a QRI or DIBELS measure (3rd +30; 4th +25; 5th + 20; 6th + 20)
• 60% of 3rd 6th graders not at standard in September in comprehension (<75%) will improve comprehension by 20% or
meet standard on a QRI assessment, or improve by 50 lexiles on the SRI.
• Level 0-1 ELL students will be given the same reading assessments but their growth will not be recorded on classroom
data summaries. All ELL students will take the WLPT state mandated tests.
