The mountain protects me from the scorching heat of the sun.

The sky enlightens my day with its magnificent array of color.

The night brings me great sorrow because of its darkening felling.

The stars improvise a new dance for me every night.

The dawn wakes me when it throws its light across the land.

The stone reminds me to toughen up with its hard surface and texture.

My Property
By: Jayme parry
Give me the respect that I deserve
You have cripple my emotion
I don’t have enough devotion to continue on like this
I need my own opinion
I can make my decisions
And I can make it on my own
So just leave me alone

My life is my own
I can live it by myself
Every single word you say causes me great pain
If you keep on talking I’m gonna need a cane for my brain
Because your words pour on me like endless rain
I don’t need you

Why don’t you just go home
And let me be
So please just leave
My thoughts are being buried under yours
Day by day I keep thinking no more
I don’t want to hear you so much
So just shut up

My life is my own
I can live it by myself
Every single word you say causes me great pain
If you continue to talk I’m gonna need a cane for my brain
Because your words are like water putting out my flame
I don’t need you
