Typical Students

The Early Childhood program at Meridian Park School offers a peer model program for typically developing students. Our program is similar to other preschools with circle time, calendar, free play, art projects, outdoor/gym play, music lessons, singing, and snack.

Students learn pre-kindergarten skills such as language development, social-emotional and motor skills in a nurturing, supportive environment with a small staff-to-student ratio

Peer Model Program:

This program benefits both students who are typically developing and developmentally delayed. Students learn about individual differences while building their self-esteem. Classes are taught by Shoreline School District certificated staff. The Peer Model preschool runs through the school year on Tuesdays through Fridays for 2-4 days.       Four days a week costs $160/month, three days a week is $125/month, two days a week is $90/month.  The morning session is from 9:10-11:40 and the afternoon session is from 1:00-3:30. If your child needs care for longer than the 2 ½ hour session, before and after care can be arranged with the Shoreline Children’s Center.
