Public Area Member Area Home	Ron Jones has been teaching for Shoreline for more than twenty eight years. He completed his internship at Sunset Elementary, was hired to teach at North City Elementary. The third year with Shoreline he helped develope the "Room 9" program after three years, he left that position to assume responsibilities as an K-12 Curriculum Consultant.
	Two years later he returned to the classroom at Sunset Elementary and remained there until 1989 when he took five years out of teaching to serve as the Chief Information Officer for a local credit union. He resumed his teaching career at Meridian Park in 1994 and then Ridgecrest Elementary. Mr. Jones assumed his present position as Coordinator of the Home Education Exchange in 1998. Ron also has been an adjunct faculty member of City University since 1994 where he teaches in the Masters in Education Program, Technology Emphasis. Ron and his wife Teena are experienced homeschoolers having home schooled all three of their children, Rachel, Teresa and Daniel. Daniel was the first HEE graduate in the class of 2006.
