Our Robotics Engineers challenged each other to a RoboWar January 17th.

Battle of the Titans:

Two Robots are placed at opposite ends of the arena. On the command they will begin a two minute battle. During the battle each robot will receive one point for each aggressive act against the opponent, and lose one points for each piece that is removed. If either of the robots are unable to continue purposeful aggressive behavior the battle is ended and the winner receives his/her accumulated score.

[ Score: Total aggression points - lost pieces points Final Winner + 100 Points ]

Battle of the Sumos:

Two Robots are placed at center of the arena. On the command they will begin the battle. During the battle each robot will attempt to push the other robot out of the arena. The first robot to push its opponent out of the arena wins.

[ Score: 5 Points for each 10 seconds in the areana + 100 Points for pushing the opponent out of the arena ]

Battle for Speed:

Two Robots are placed at on end of the arena. On the command they will race to the opposite side. The first robot to the other side wins.

[ Score: 10 Points for finishing the race + 100 Points for finishing first ]
