Grades, iCals, Teacher SWIFT Websites, and Family Access

Grades, Assessments and Attendance on Data Dashboard:
Kellogg grades are posted on-line and updated twice monthly by published progress report dates. To access grades go to the Kellogg Website Homepage by clicking on the "Home" tab (located to the upper left) or at:            http://schools.shorelineschools.org/kellogg/

    1. Click on “Data Dashboard Parent and Student Login”
    2. Click on “Student and Parent/Guardians Log In Here”
    3. Enter 7 digit student ID and password from Data Dashboard instruction sheet
    4. Identify self as “Student” or “Parent”
    5. Click “Log In”
    6. Enter email and cell phone information
    7. Students answer a two-question career survey – save data (First time only)
    8. Click on “Overall Grades” for a Progress Report view
    9. Click on individual Course Title for individual assignments

Grades will be updated at Progress Report Dates.

Staff Websites for Documents and Links:

  1. Click on the “Staff” tab (located to the upper right). You will get a list of teachers.
  2. Scroll down to your classroom teacher.
  3. Click on the teacher’s webpage icon. This will take you to the teacher’s Swift website.

iCal Homework Calendars:
You can access the iCals (electronic calendars) of your student’s teachers even if your student’s laptop is not available. Your will be able to see the homework assigned in each of their classes. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the “Staff” tab (located to the upper right).
  2. Scroll to find the teacher’s name.
  3. Click on “Calendars” to the right of the teacher’s name.
  4. Click “View” by the period that your student has this teacher. You will see the calendar for this class.

If  you have iCal on your computer, you may click “Subscribe” instead of “View” to add this calendar. This teacher’s calendar is now part of your iCal. Do not forget to select the option for the calendar to refresh every 15-minutes.

Family Access:
Attendance, Lunch Accounts, Fines and Fees, Student’s schedule:

  1. Go to the Kellogg Website Homepage (click on the "Home" tab located to the upper left)
  2. Click on “Family Access”
  3. Enter “Login” and “Password”
  4. Click “Log In”
