First day of school: Sept. 2, 2009 (Please note that this is before Labor Day.)
Labor Day: Sept. 7, 2009 (No School)
Curriculum Night: September 24, 2009
Grades 3-6 (and all of the Highly Capable program classrooms, including the 2/3 classroom: 6pm – 6:45pm
PTSA meeting 6:50pm- 7:10pm
Grades K-2: 7:15pm – 8:00pm
State In-Service Day for Teachers: Friday, October 9, 2009 (No school for students.)
Parent - Teacher Conferences for Student Goal-Setting: Wednesday through Friday, October 14 - 16, 2009 (Half-days for students.)
Our Annual Secret Garden Book Fair: Wednesday through Friday, October 21 - 23, 2009
Open 8:40 AM until 4:15 PM as well as Friday night during the Carnival.
Classroom previews will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2009.
Fall Carnival: October 23, 2009
Veterans Day: Nov. 11, 2009
Thanksgiving Break: Nov. 26-27, 2009
Winter Break: Dec. 19, 2009-Jan. 3, 2010
Martin Luther King Jr. Day: Jan. 18, 2010
Parent-Teacher Conferences: January 19 - 22, including the evening of Thursday, January 21, 2010 (Half-days for students.)
