For over 40 years, Shorecrest High School has been well-known, not just nation-wide, but worldwide, winning awards in contests and parades around the world. Many know Shorecrest as the "home of the Highlanders" - proudly displaying it's Scottish tradition. The school is unique in that it proudly supports it's own living mascot, a pipe band and highland dancers.

This website has been made to explain the history of Shorecrest High school and its many Scottish traditions. As you continue through this site I hope you learn something new, as I'm sure you will.
