Dance Guest Passes

Guest passes are due by the end of lunch the day before the dance, for the Homecoming Dance (because of the volume of guest passes) are due the Thursday before the dance. Print off the above file and turn in the filled out copy to the activities office or room 109. This form requires a parent signature, so plan ahead.

As always, for all dances don't forget to bring your picture ID.
