PA (Over the loud speaker or read over the TV monitors on Thursdays and some Tuesdays)

Email announcements directly to paul.villanueva@shorelineschools.org

Announcements need to be sent by the end of lunch the day before the announcement needs to be read.

Announcements can also be dropped off in the activities office in the SAC. If announcements are left in my box, it is not guaranteed to make the announcements because I sometimes don't check my box in the morning or I forget the announcement in my classroom.

Announcements need to state when, where, what. Please state the days in which you want the announcement read (please limit to 3 days of the announcement being read).

Announcing club meetings: announcements will only announce meeting times the first few weeks of your initial meetings to increase participation and help you get the word out. After that clubs may use the daily bulletin, word of mouth, posters, etc. We will announce any special events your club puts on that have been approved. Thanks!

Video Announcement

Video Announcement request form needs to be filled out 3 weeks prior to you wanting the video being played on the TV monitors.

The request forms can be downloaded by clicking here or can be found in Mr. Ballew's room or email marty.ballew@shorelineschools.org Any questions about the student made videos, contact Marty Ballew.

All Announcements need to be approved by the advisor of your club. Have your advisor email me to tell me who I will receive announcements from.
