Emergency Procedures Information

| IF AN EMERGENCY CONDITION ARISES (eg. SNOW, SEVERE WIND), MONITOR YOUR RADIO OR TELEVISION. Our local stations will announce one of the following conditions: Shoreline Schools are operating 1-1/2 hours late. Shoreline Schools are closed. Shoreline Schools are having early dismissal. In the event of emergency conditions, the following applies to the Children's Center and Extended Day Program at elementary buildings: If Shoreline Schools are operating 1-1/2 hours late, the Children's Center, including Preschool, Daycare and Extended Day programs, will operate as close to the normal schedule as possible. If Shoreline Schools are closed, the Children's Center, including Pre-Kindergarten, Preschool and Extended Day programs, WILL ALSO BE CLOSED. If Shoreline Schools close early due to emergency conditions, the Children's Center, including. Pre-Kindergarten, Preschool and Extended Day programs will close early. THERE WILL BE NO AFTER CARE AT THE ELEMENTARY BUILDINGS. In case of an emergeny that may occur while your child is at SLCC or at an Extended Day site, we would like to have your up-to-date contact information in order to reach you.
